How can I make a Reservation for Spa Treatments?
Call or Visit Araamu Spa located in any of the resorts in the Maldives to book a reservation at your earliest convenience so that we may accommodate your schedules. We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM. If you are already at the Resort, please contact the Hotel reception, they will guide you through the process.

The appointments will be scheduled on a first come-first served basis. The Spa recommends that guests book their appointments in advance to avoid disappointment


When should I arrive at the Spa?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time for your Check-In and change.

Will I get any assistance in Choosing my Spa Menu?
While choosing the Spa Menu is largely a matter of your taste and requirements, we would be more than pleased to advise you on the most suited packages or treatment methods. Our Spa Manager will assist in planning a program to suit individual needs in consultation with the Doctor.

Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments guests should plan in a day?
Guests may have as many as they like with the advice of the doctor. Our Spa Manager will suggest the best order in which guests can enjoy their treatments.

What should I wear during the treatments?
Most body treatments are best delivered with minimal clothing. However, wear what is comfortable to you. Guests may wish to wear their own bikini or briefs, or we can provide you hygienic disposable briefs. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

What if I have a special health condition?
Please notify our Spa Manager or Receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. We recommend that no alcohol be consumed before, during or immediately after your Spa treatments.

How can I provide feedback?

Our spa guests provide the best evaluation of our services and we rely highly on feedback and evaluations from questionnaires and comments, to assess our success, and to provide new treatments in our spa menus. Therefore, please tell us what you feel about the - Room Temperature, Pressure of Massage or the Volume of the Music, etc.

What if I am Late for Appointment?
While your delight is our satisfaction, we would also respect your time. Arriving late will limit your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will have to end on your appointed time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What about a guest’s valuables?

Guests should leave their personal items and valuables in their room safe; otherwise a locker will be provided on request.
